Kitchen Renovation and Addition
Here are some before and after pictures of a recent Kitchen Renovation and Addition.
The pictures only show the kitchen renovation.
Since the customer had real wood trim in the other parts of their home, they decided to tie in the addition, by using real wood trim in the newly renovated areas as well. This was a beautiful finishing touch.
Below is a before and after picture. Originally the kitchen cupboards were in this small nook. Once they were taken out the area was perfect for a family size table. We added lots of windows and a sliding door which gives a full view for mom to watch the kids playing outside!

T- Hamilton - Bathroom
When renovating your bathroom:
1. Choose elegant fixtures - The faucet and bathtub together give this bathroom an original look.
2. Try out your bathtub before buying it - You would never buy a mattress without laying on it first, make sure your tub is comfortable before installing it in your home.
3. Flooring is important - Choose something that is easy to clean, durable and water -resistant.
4. Accessorize - A stylish mirror over the sink will give your bathroom the feel you are looking for
5. Buy a quality toilet - Do not cheap out on your toilet, a toilet is very 'well used; in a home. Look into how many liters of water is used in every flush.

E - Dunnville - Siding, Facia, Eavestrough, Roof
In 2013 Addition Solutions Inc. decided to expand the business!
We now supply and install eaves trough!
We also supply doors, windows and siding. If you are a "do it yourselfer" and would like to get the siding for a better price then you would at your local home store please contact us.
We can supply you with samples and a good price for your new siding.
WHY Re-DO your siding?
Most people feel doing the exterior of their home is the most expensive part of 'fixing up their home' , with not a lot of real estate value. This is not true. If you are looking to sell your home in the near future, redoing the exterior is very important for you to consider. 'Curb appeal' is HUGE when selling your home. The exterior of your home is the first thing the buyer sees - long before they come for their first viewing.
Real estate agents use MLS as their primary advertising. The first picture to show up on the ad is your EXTERIOR. Old, ugly outdated siding scares the potential buyer. With one click they have already decided NOT to view your home. Real estate agents also use the newspaper. How often are homes advertised in the newspaper with the basement or new bathroom as the main picture? The potential buyer has already turned to the next page. Make your home the first home that people want to buy!
Lets say you decide to leave up your fading siding, take the risk and see if someone will buy your home. Most people are as afraid as you are to make this 'exterior investment', therefore when they realize the siding should be replaced in the future, it may scare them away from the sale.
SO HOW MUCH IS SIDING??
Most homes can be supplied and installed with siding for anywhere between $3 and $7 per square foot. Or if you can do it yourself between $1 and $2 per square foot!! To estimate how much your home would be, measure the perimeter of your home.
So a 1400 sq. ft. home would be between $4200 and $9800 for siding supplied and installed!*
Or do it yourself for $1400 to $2800!!*
Call or text for your free estimate 905-746-5874.
*All jobs would be quoted by Addition Solutions Inc.
